BAND BIO
Founded in 2017, The METRO Band is a great dance and party band in the Jacksonville area music scene. METRO plays carefully selected music that is sure to keep everyone’s feet moving all night long - a great mix of the best pop, rock and country songs from the Beatles to Bruno Mars.
Drawing on decades of playing and performing, the members of METRO combine a wide range of backgrounds and experience to create a high energy, professional act. When METRO plays, everyone is having fun!
METRO has the newest, state-of-the art sound system that can handle a small room up to a large ballroom with amazing sound and clarity. They are ready to provide great music and dancing to a private party in a private home, a hall filled with wedding guests or a corporate event.

The METRO Band is able to set up and perform pool side or ballroom! We have multiple speakers to accommodate large venues or small.

A GREAT SET LIST
We strive to play familiar favorites without repeating the same old bar list you hear everywhere else. We vary a mix of old time rock, newer country and pop/dance tunes to always keep you on your feet. (check out our set list here).
If you can imagine it, we'll be there to make it great!
